This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use utelmobile.com, why we use it and what rights you have.

1. Who we are

utelmobile.com is operated by Reklav Medya Dijital Pazarlama Ltd. (company registration no. 00001026), 30 Ağustos Sokak, Mila Marina Residence No:15, Girne, Northern Cyprus. We are responsible for your personal data. Questions: contact@utelmobile.com.

2. Data we collect

Order and account data: name, email address, phone number if you give it, billing details and your order history.
Payment data: payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of the payment, not your full card number.
eSIM data: the eSIM profile issued to you, its activation status and data usage, received from our network partners.
Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email.
Technical data: IP address, browser, device, language and pages visited, collected through cookies and server logs.

3. Why we use it

To process your order and send you the eSIM QR code and installation instructions (performance of the contract).
To provide customer support and handle refund requests.
To prevent fraud and keep the site secure (legitimate interest).
To meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
To improve the site and measure how it is used (legitimate interest or consent, depending on the cookie).
To send offers by email, only if you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as far as needed with:

eSIM providers and mobile network partners that issue and run your eSIM;
payment providers;
hosting, email and IT service providers;
analytics and advertising services, where you have accepted the related cookies;
public authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers are located outside your country. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

5. Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the site to work, such as for the cart, login and language choice. With your consent we may also use analytics and advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not work.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice data for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, then deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you (including the GDPR for users in the EU), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy of it, and withdraw consent at any time. The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and access to personal data is limited to people who need it.

9. Children

Our service is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
